Scarf.js is analytics for npm packages, it collects basic installation details after packages are installed and reports them to a Scarf dashboard. It is designed to be transparent to users (logs behavior to the console), non-interrupting (best effort), and supports opt-in or opt-out via environment variables like `SCARF_ANALYTICS=false`.
